Kutana+Brochet develops and manages all aspects of a law firm’s legal desktop in Microsoft Office. Complementing this is Draft Plus, an AI drafting tool trained only on the client’s library of agreements and precedents; Brochet Paste, a market-leading legal restyling and repair tool; and a PDF manipulation and digital signing tool. The goal of the business is to make lawyers’ lives more straightforward and less stressful by simplifying their task of editing and delivering a clean, accurate document. To do that, our software has to ensure that the document lifecycle in Microsoft Word and PDF integrates seamlessly with any linked software, such as document and case management systems, and digital signing tools.
The business is the result of the merger of two complementary businesses, Kutana and Brochet, both of which have been supporting law firms for over 25 years.
