This enables us to bring the transformational value of deep automation to firms of all sizes.
Clarilis AI Draft integrates generative AI into our platform, focusing on augmenting – not replacing – traditional document automation. Our approach to incorporating generative AI recognises that deterministic, template-based automation remains the gold standard for legal drafting. However, there are instances where generative AI can enhance the drafting process i.e. generating additional content not usually present in templates – to cover less common scenarios and deal-specific drafting.
