Victoria Tomlinson FRSA is Founder and CEO of Next-Up, which works globally with Magic Circle, Big Four and international firms to turn partner transition from a succession risk into a competitive advantage. Next-Up’s workshops normalise conversations most partnerships avoid until they become expensive – helping partners stay ambitious in their final years rather than drifting into the downward glide that costs firms clients, knowledge and continuity.
Victoria founded Next-Up in her 60s, having previously run an award-winning communications/digital business for 30 years and served as a director on EY’s London leadership team. She is a TEDx speaker, a Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University, a Fellow of the RSA and the author of Expiry Date Never, published by Pearson in September 2026, looking at the global waste of the 50+ generation and its opportunities, particularly around AI.
