Steve is Managing Director at Rickard Luckin, a firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers with a 172-strong team working with businesses and individuals from 3 offices across Essex to help them realise their potential and achieve their aims.
He joined the firm as Commercial Director in 2018 and was promoted to the role of Managing Director in October 2020 – the first “non-accountant” to be appointed to this role in the firm’s history.
Prior to joining the firm, Steve held a number of client-side and international management consulting roles across a broad range of industry sectors, including technology, fintech, financial services and professional services over a 25+ year career.
Outside of work, he is a season ticket holder at his hometown football club, Nottingham Forest, and when not singing Mull of Kintyre on the banks of the Trent, he can be found pinching himself to make sure he is not dreaming about their current form*.
