Stacey is a senior legal leader working at the intersection of finance, technology and innovation. As Global Head of Product Legal at fintech Tipalti, she leads the legal strategy for the firm’s global product suite. Her career is defined by a commitment to helping global institutions navigate complex regulatory landscapes – spanning AI, digital assets, data privacy and cybersecurity – while championing clear, jargon-free legal advice.
Prior to joining Tipalti, Stacey was an Executive Director in the Digital, Information and Data team at UBS in London, where she led specialist lawyers on emerging technology and data initiatives.
Stacey also spent eight years at HSBC, notably as Head of Legal Design. In that role, she scaled operations and established the bank as an industry pioneer in using design thinking to transform the customer experience.
Stacey is a vocal advocate for the power of technology to disrupt and improve the legal profession. She is deeply committed to mentoring, diversifying the law and shaping a more inclusive, human-centric future for the industry. She also sits on the Advisory Board of LawWithoutWalls.
