Sergio Martins is a seasoned legal professional with over fifteen years of experience, specializing in the energy, construction, and environmental consulting sectors. He has a strong international background, having worked on large-scale, cross-border projects for multinational companies. Currently Sergio acts as Head of Legal for Moeve’s Technology, Projects and Services unit. His responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, as well as advising on complex engineering projects, digital transformation initiatives, intellectual property matters and regulatory developments.
