Saran led the legal technology transformation programme at CHANEL supporting the Legal Operations Team industry award recognition by The Lawyer and Financial Times (2023).
Partnering with General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers to shape and execute legal function strategy, Saran brings over 12 years of experience leading large-scale legal transformation programmes, with international experience driving change through high-impact secondments in Dubai, Hong Kong, and New York.
Saran is legally trained and accredited in AI Governance, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and MSP/Agile Project Management. A recognised advocate for diversity in Legal Tech and inclusive leadership, with a strong belief that cognitive diversity and continuous skills development are critical to building resilient, future-ready legal functions.
