Rob leads the highly talented Technology & Innovation department at Cripps. He is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s technology strategy, with a strong emphasis on innovation to deliver client‑centred solutions, while ensuring ongoing operational efficiency.
He has spent a significant part of his career leading Cripps’ innovation programme, Spark, designing and delivering solutions in close collaboration with clients. More recently, Rob has driven the adoption of cloud technologies to establish a scalable core technology foundation aligned to Cripps’ growth ambitions. This has included introducing digital solutions to enhance hybrid client and workforce interactions through improved collaboration, and supporting the Board in setting its direction for AI and advanced technology adoption.
