Polly is Group General Counsel and a member of Ultimate Finance Group’s Executive Committee. She joined Ultimate Finance ten years ago following its acquisition by the Tavistock Group, a private family investment office, where she was tasked with establishing and leading the Group’s legal and compliance function from the ground up.
Polly has been at the heart of leading and partnering with the business through a decade of significant growth and transformation which has seen the loan book grow from £65 million to £400 million across three core asset-based lending products.
Currently, Polly is focused on driving the next phase of the Group’s development, working with stakeholders to evolve Ultimate Finance’s lending proposition and co-leading the business’s artificial intelligence initiative.
