Nicky is the COO for the North London offices of Streathers. Nicky advises the partnership on strategy and runs the business services functions of the firms, enabling the firm to achieve growth whilst maintaining profitability. Nicky’s passion is working with the partners and lawyers in firms to facilitate fee earning and develop a positive and inclusive culture in which team members can thrive. She was previously COO for the Middle East region for Simmons & Simmons and worked in senior positions in Marketing & BD at Simmons & Simmons and Freshfields. Whilst she was Global Head of Sectors and Clients at Simmons & Simmons, Nicky overhauling the client relationship management programme enabling our client programme team to get to know clients better, to collaborate with clients and to increase revenue generated from the client programme. This esulted in the team winning the FT Innovative Lawyer Awards 2022 for Designing the Client Experience.
Nicky is also a committee member for the Leadership and Management section of the Law Society.
