Natasha is a UK qualified solicitor, people, and business leader. She joined Cifas, the UK’s leading fraud prevention service, as General Counsel in September 2023. In March 2024 she added corporate governance and risk management to her remit and was appointed as Company Secretary in October 2024. Prior to joining Cifas Natasha spent over 9 years heading up the group legal team at GBG, a global identity verification and fraud prevention business.
During her time at GBG she also played a lead role in several corporate acquisitions and business change programmes, including a large-scale cross-functional privacy transformation project, initiated following an industry wide audit by the Information Commissioner’s Office in 2018 which concluded positively in 2023. Natasha is a passionate problem solver who embraces technology to deliver efficient processes and exceptional customer experience. She is also a writer, speaker, and mentor with a keen interest in psychology, time management, productivity, leadership, and employee engagement.
