Natasha is Managing Partner at HaysMac.
She specialises in advising ambitious, scaling businesses operating in UK and globally in the retail & ecommerce, media and technology industries.
Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Natasha led the Corporate sector teams and was a member of HaysMac’s Management Board.
The majority of Natasha’s clients are dynamic and innovative businesses, with significant external stakeholders. Natasha provides her clients with a range of services, often acting for a company from growth and expansion, on to an event and frequently remains involved in the company beyond that event. She prides herself on developing long lasting client relationships, acting as a sounding board for her clients.
Natasha was recognised as the Banking & Finance Businesswoman of the Year at the 2023 Great British Businesswomen Awards. In 2024, she was also featured in INvolve’s Global Empower Role Model List, supported by YouTube, which celebrates outstanding leaders promoting inclusion for people of colour in business.
