Natalie Foster is a law firm founder and former Managing Partner who launched Inspire Legal Group during the Covid lockdown in 2020, building an SRA-regulated Alternative Business Structure around a digital-first model at a time when the legal profession was being forced to rethink how and where it worked.

With a strong background in operations, regulated businesses and technology, Natalie built Inspire differently from the outset. Remote working, digital client journeys, biometric onboarding, integrated systems and technology-enabled delivery were embedded into the firm’s infrastructure rather than added retrospectively.

Under Natalie’s leadership, Inspire became a pioneering environment for legal technology. Technology founders and providers selected the firm to launch integrations, test products within a live regulated practice and work collaboratively on further product development — giving Natalie first-hand experience of where innovation succeeds, where it fails, and what it actually takes to implement technology safely and effectively inside a law firm.

Her experience combines law firm ownership, operational leadership, regulatory responsibility and hands-on technology implementation, giving her a practitioner’s perspective on the rapidly evolving relationship between AI, technology and the future of legal services.
