Michelle has over 25 years’ experience in technology and has spent more than 15 years at Lewis Silkin. Having started on the Service Desk, she has held a number of leadership roles across service development, applications, projects and technology change.
Now Head of Technology Enablement, Michelle focuses on helping people work smarter through technology. She works across the firm to drive the adoption of AI and automation, improve business processes and turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver tangible benefits for lawyers, business teams and clients.
