Martin is Director Legal Services & Group Compliance Officer of TGW Logistics, a globally operating Company specialized in intralogistics. He leads a team of 12 people – legal counsels as well as experts in contract and claim management. Martin is responsible for the strategy and the services of the legal department as well as for TGW’s compliance management system. Besides that he is Co-Founder and CEO of .LOUPE – an Austrian SaaS-company focusing on Compliance (Whistleblowing, Risk Management, Business Partner Compliance, Gift Approval, etc.) – author, Keynote Speaker and Host of Austria’s (at the moment) most successful Compliance-Podcast “Code of C”.
Before Martin joined TGW he was operating as a lawyer, specialized in “Compliance” and previously was part of the legal team of SIEMENS VAI in Linz (Austria).
