Having co-founded Kiteleys Solicitors and built it into a multi-office regional practice before selling his interest in 2017, Mark offers the distinct dual perspective of both entrepreneur and lawyer. He re-entered leadership in 2020 to spearhead operations and compliance, navigating firms through complex modern operating landscapes.
Mark focuses on practical, commercial solutions to operational challenges. Deeply engaged with the wider legal sector, Mark has served on the Law Society’s Professional Indemnity Committee, is a past President of the Bournemouth District Law Society, and regularly chairs their annual compliance conference.
