I am an experienced Legal Operations Professional (10+ years) and prior to that was an Employment Lawyer for 14+ years working in private practice and in house.
I have worked with in house legal teams to help transform and modernise the function and focus on getting the most from the team’s most important asset, the people. I work with teams to understand the pain points they face, and to understand the challenges in order to improve the processes. I have selected and implemented and reconfigured technology systems to enable the team to function most effectively.
I love solving problems and get a real kick from seeing the benefits of transformation being realised.
