Lina Keßler (née Krawietz) is the co-founder and managing director of This is Legal Design (TiLD), an innovation consultancy dedicated to transforming the legal sector. As a lawyer, designer, and innovation consultant, Lina empowers legal departments and law firms to navigate their (digital) transformation with strategic, efficient, and human-centered approaches.
With TiLD, she leads cutting-edge projects focused on legal operations strategies, legal product and service design, legal communication design, and tailored training programs on legal tech, AI, design thinking, and more. Lina is also a recognized thought leader, regularly publishing insights on innovation in the legal field. In recognition of her impactful work, Lina was awarded the “European Women of Legal Tech Award” in the category of Professional Services in 2020.
