I lead the IT Department at Howes Percival.
As well as leading a talented team, I define and lead the implementation of the IT strategy and have project managed numerous IT projects (including a number of significant business change projects).
Prior to working within the legal sector, I operated my own consultancy business which provided technical expertise and resources to IT support companies, specifically in the areas of networking and telecoms.
I also have an excellent working knowledge of both the private and public sectors, in the UK and New Zealand and am experienced in managing teams and IT functions across multiple offices.
