She brings cross-sector experience spanning energy, financial services and technology, with a focus on helping organisations navigate complex regulatory environments and build practical, scalable and tech-enabled ways of working.
As Principal Legal Counsel and Head of Risk, Kirsteen leads work across risk management, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks and operational resilience. She is particularly interested in how in-house legal teams can digitalise effectively, strengthen regulatory operations and support responsible innovation, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools, in a way that is modern, agile and commercially impactful.
