Khiet is the Technical and Training Partner at UHY Hacker Young LLP. She has over 18 years’ experience working in the Technical and Training field mainly focusing on mid-tier audit firms. She is also part of the UK Mid-Tier Firms’ Technical Working group as well as attending the UK Mid-Tier Ethics Partners meeting and often attends the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) discussion workshops, sharing her insights issues that impacts audit practices.
Her focus is improving the firm’s Audit Quality through providing technical support and training to both trainees and qualified auditors on the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), UK General Accounting Practice (UK GAAP) and UK adopted International Accounting Standards. However, she is also involved in developing the firm by sharing insights on important topics such as the firm’s strategy, IT solutions and recruitment.
