Kate leads Rickard Luckin with over 25 years of experience, a passion for people, and a drive for innovation. Starting as a Trainee in 1998, she rose through the ranks to become Partner in 2006 and now heads our Executive Team.
Her background as both ACA and CTA, combined with her leadership as former People Director, reflects her commitment to client service and team development. Kate continues to advise clients in the academy, legal, and owner-managed business sectors, while championing growth, culture, and excellence across the firm.
