Jonathan Lea is the founder and Managing Director of The Jonathan Lea Network, a growing business law firm based in Sussex.
Jonathan trained at international City firm Clyde & Co before working as a corporate solicitor in London and the South West, then practising as a consultant solicitor for a few years and eventually establishing his own regulated firm in 2019.
Jonathan is closely involved in the strategy, management and growth of the firm. He has a particular interest in how ambitious law firms can scale effectively through technology, AI, innovative ways of working, marketing and the development of high-performing teams.
His legal practice focuses principally on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, technology and intellectual property matters, corporate governance and commercial dispute resolution.
