I’m a Blick Rothenberg lifer having been a partner since 2008 and on the leadership team since 2017. From a client facing perspective I work with our team supporting businesses of all sizes as they expand internationally.
I’ve been with the firm through a period of lots of change, which I love, including going from being independently owned to being at the forefront of taking PE investment and having grown to over £100m in revenue.
As the COO, I have broad operational responsibilities having been involved in all manner of projects over that time covering matters such as people, processes, systems, client care along with acquisition plans, forecasting, recruitment and resourcing strategies, offshoring, global delivery, property refurbishments and what brand of coffee we should have (the last one is the one I still haven’t cracked).
