A specialist M&A tax advisor, Jane supports management teams, shareholders and investors through complex transactions, bringing a pragmatic, commercially grounded approach to tax. She works across a range of sectors, with particular experience in Manufacturing, Technology, Retail and Property, advising owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed groups and larger corporates. Alongside corporate work, Jane also support private clients post-transaction.
She is currently the tax partner sponsor for Crowe’s Tax Technology workstream, using AI and automation to improve the quality, consistency and experience of tax advice for clients and teams. She is a regular speaker within the profession, delighted to be part of the Alternative Tax Leaders advisory board and is passionate about developing people and promoting diversity in tax.
