Helen is an operational change and transformation specialist with experience spanning consulting and industry, including roles at KPMG, Sellafield Ltd, the Co-op, easyJet, and now Springer Nature.
Since moving into in-house legal in 2015, she has focused on redefining how legal teams deliver impact, from transforming the Co-op’s Legal function to leading an award-winning panel review and driving strategic change at easyJet.
Helen is now Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Springer Nature, where she leads the GCO Evolution programme – a global transformation designed to enable a modern, connected, and high-performing legal function.
