An experienced, commercially focused in-house lawyer specializing in the retail and healthcare sectors, Darran serves as Head of the commercial function at Specsavers, overseeing all aspects of contracting in the GNFR space. This includes technology contracting as well as agreements related to marketing, PR, insurance, financial, and clinical equipment.
As part of his role, Darran leads systems improvement initiatives for Specsavers focusing on legal technology, workflows, and challenging existing processes to drive innovation and efficiency. Passionate about coaching and collaboration, Darran enjoys working with others to create smarter processes and streamline operations.
