As Chief Operating Officer at Gerald Edelman, I am responsible for overseeing the Firm’s business operations and driving operational efficiency and high performance across the organisation.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with department heads, I am also responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Firm’s strategy. My focus is on making sure the right systems, processes and information are in place so Partners and client-facing teams can concentrate on delivering a high-quality service and outcomes for our clients.

I joined Gerald Edelman in 2020 as Head of Finance before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2022. As COO, I have overall responsibility for the Firm’s business operations, working across departments to turn strategy into execution and ensure the Firm continues to perform at a high level.
A core part of what I do is the ongoing development and improvement of the Firm’s processes, ensuring they remain practical, efficient and aligned to the evolving needs of the business. I also ensure robust financial and operational information and key performance indicators are available in real time, supporting informed decision-making across the Firm.
Finance was the bedrock of my career and remains a core strength. Prior to joining Gerald Edelman, I spent 14 years at a top 30 accountancy practice, starting out as a finance assistant before progressing to Financial Controller in 2016. This background gives me a strong commercial and financial lens across all areas of the Firm’s operations.
In addition to my operational leadership role, I support the Firm’s MLRO with risk management and compliance matters and act as the Firm’s Data Protection Officer.
