He has played a key role in building and delivering PwC’s managed service offerings, helping clients streamline legal operations through tailored, technology-led approaches. Craig now spearheads the development of automation-led tools across PwC’s global network, enabling in-house legal departments to solve complex data challenges and drive efficiency with cutting-edge, AI-powered technology.
