I’ve probably been at this long enough now to be able to say I’m a serial pioneer of innovative models and business ideas in the legal sector: right through to sleeves-rolled up executive leadership and operational implementation, often at pace. I’m an author too – ‘The Agile Law Firm’, my 3rd book, was published May 2021.

Right now, my portfolio of leadership and advisory roles in the legal sector is extremely full, working as a fixed-term fractional COO for internationally-recognised specialist entertainment law firm Wiggin, as NED for two UK law firms and as co-founder of The COOL Network supporting the legal COO community.
