Charles has extensive professional experience in business strategy, digital technology and end-to-end service design. He is currently responsible for the digital agenda at Azets, working across the firm’s technology and client servicing landscape.
Prior to joining Azets, Charles had roles in a range of other industries including financial services, TMT, public sector, automotive and real estate. He has a proven track record of shaping and delivering major transformations for global organisations.
Charles has a passion for all things digital and customer related, with a focus on improving user experience whilst maximising commercial value. He will be co-facilitating a session on future-proofing professional services in the age of technology.
