Camella Cephas is the Managing Director of WSP Solicitors, a leading Gloucestershire law firm providing accessible, practical legal advice to individuals, families and businesses. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2011, Camella built her career in both private practice and local government before joining WSP Solicitors in 2020. She became a Board Director and Head of Children & Care Law in 2022 and was appointed Managing Director in 2025. Alongside her leadership responsibilities, she remains an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and continues to oversee the firm’s Children & Care Law department.
With extensive experience leading teams, supporting organisational growth and delivering legal services to vulnerable clients, Camella is a strong advocate for people-centred leadership, workplace culture and ensuring businesses remain true to their values as they evolve.
