She currently supports DfT Operator centrally and across Train Operating Companies, advising on a wide range of legal and commercial matters in a complex and highly regulated environment at the heart of the transition toward Great British Railways. Her career includes senior legal and compliance leadership roles across major organisations including Santa Fe Group, Dell, VMware, EMC, BT Global Services, and the UK Home Office, with particular experience in governance, risk, investigations, and embedding practical compliance into day-to-day business decision-making. She brings a pragmatic perspective on legal transformation, culture, AI, and how in-house teams can drive change by building trust and buy-in across the business.
