A very experienced CEO having led a number of quoted and PE-backed growth-focused businesses, working across public and private sector over the last 20 years.
These businesses have all been focused around either creating software platforms or delivering value through technology enablement, with operations spanning the UK, Europe and the Far East.
Andy has also had extensive involvement in M&A, and has taken a number of businesses up to and through sale/exit processes and IPO.
Most recently Andy was the CEO of Caroola Group, a 350 headcount business that included Parasol (payroll solutions for the contingent workforce market) and Caroola Accountancy (Accountancy and Tax solutions for the UK SME market).
During Andy’s tenure as CEO, Caroola Accountancy underwent a complete business transformation, consolidating 4 separate Accountancy businesses that had been acquired but never integrated, and migrating away from legacy systems to a single secure Cloud Based Accountancy platform.
Having recently retired from full-time work, Andy is also a committed songwriter, musician and music producer and an unapologetic petrolhead.
