Androulla launched her career as an auditor before transitioning into academia, where she spent ten years as an ICAEW tutor at Kaplan Financial specialising in tax and business strategy. She then returned to practice in Tax before ascending to the roles of Global Head of Tax and, subsequently, Global Director of People at Baker Tilly International. Presently, she serves as Chief People Officer at Dains. In addition to her extensive corporate career, Androulla is also a trained business and personal coach.
Her expertise is the profession; her passion is people, developing and nurturing individuals at all levels, building high-performing teams, and driving organisational excellence. She thrives where she is able to inspire and motivate others, foster collaboration and innovation, and lead change in complex and dynamic environments.
