Carly thrives on building strong relationships and making new connections, bringing confidence and energy from her background in performing arts. Highly organised (and a self-confessed list lover!), she ensures everything runs smoothly while keeping people at the heart of what she does. Outside of work, Carly is a daily gym-goer who enjoys camping trips to Cornwall and the Lake District, where she can combine her love of the outdoors with hiking to stunning views. And if there’s a karaoke mic nearby, she’s never far behind!
