As Regional Client Services Director at Knights, Martin is responsible for driving the growth and development of the firm’s offices in Essex, ensuring that clients benefit from the full breadth of expertise and experience across all Knights’ locations in England and Wales.
Prior to this role, Martin served as Managing Partner at Birkett Long for six years, leading the firm through its successful acquisition by Knights in June 2025.
A long-standing member of the Alternative Advisory Board, Martin has contributed to the Alternative Legal Management Summit for over six years – including serving as Chair in 2023 – and has played an active role as a speaker and roundtable contributor throughout that time.
