Growing without losing what made you, you

This roundtable brings together law firm leaders who are actively growing, or have already done so, for an honest, practical conversation about what it really takes to retain a strong culture as firms scale, and how to grow without losing what made the firm successful in the first place.

Biography

Alexandra Isenegger is the Founder and Managing Director of Linkilaw Solicitors, a boutique Mayfair-based law firm specialising in complex, high-profile disputes for a global clientele. Having built and scaled her own firm from the ground up – with a deliberate focus on long-term, generational success rather than fast growth – she speaks from direct experience on one of the most pressing challenges facing professional services leaders today: how to maintain a strong, values-driven culture as your business grows.

With over a decade at the intersection of law, leadership, and organisational culture, Alexandra has personally advised over 500 businesses and guided high-profile clients through periods of significant pressure and change – giving her a sharp understanding of what holds firms together, and what causes them to fracture, when growth is on the horizon.
Her keynotes combine strategic clarity with hard-won founder insight, exploring how culture can be built with intention and preserved across the long term – not sacrificed for short-term gain.

She has been recognised as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and was named in The Times/LDC Top 50 To Watch in 2024. Her work has been featured in Forbes, The Times, The Telegraph, and TechCrunch, among others.
