In this session, Saideh Ahmadloo introduces the Legal AI Maturity Model, a strategic framework designed to cut through AI noise and replace ambition with diagnostic clarity. Drawing on real in-house experience across complex, regulated environments, the model helps legal leaders assess their true readiness, not based on how many tools they use, but on how intentionally AI is embedded, controlled, and trusted. Ultimately, this session establishes a new strategic lens: AI advantage is no longer created by speed alone, but by maturity.

Following the keynote presentation, Saideh will join the chair and panel for a moderated discussion and audience Q&A looking at how the ideas raised show up in day-to-day legal work.

The conversation will focus on practical themes including how far legal teams have really come with digitisation, the skills and mindset shifts needed to make AI work in practice, and how data, budgets and tech investment decisions affect progress. Drawing on lived experience rather than theory, the discussion will help the audience relate the keynote insights to their own organisations and identify clear, practical next steps.
