Izabella M. Tsirba is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to both the Athens Bar Association and the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales, with over a decade of experience advising multinational enterprises on cross-border corporate, finance, and capital markets matters in London and Athens. She currently serves as Head Counsel, Finance & Capital Markets at TITAN Group, where she leads legal strategy across complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and serves as a strategic legal partner to senior leadership across a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters.
Recognised as a “Rising Star” by Euromoney Legal Media Group (2019) and a finalist at the Study UK Alumni Awards (2024), Izabella holds advanced degrees from the London School of Economics, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and has completed programmes at Harvard University and the Hague Academy of International Law. She is fluent in Greek, English, French, and German.
