Iván Hernández is currently General Counsel and Compliance Officer of the Alsina Group, a spanish Concern in the Construction Industry, with presence in 17 Countries and working globally in specific projects. He’s also a member of the Barcelona Bar Association In-House Commision and has worked in the ESG Subgrup of ACC Europe. Being also Certified as an International Compliance Expert he works with a Team of 20 people managing the several Whistleblower Channels of the Group worldwide.
