Isabel Ann Giancristofano is Director of Legal & Compliance at Condor Flugdienst GmbH, where she leads the legal function with strategic oversight of compliance, contracts, litigation and non-financial reporting. She brings deep expertise from nearly 15 years in private practice – including senior roles at Noerr in Berlin and London – and has shaped Condor’s in-house legal capabilities through periods of organisational transformation.
Known for her agile, business-aligned legal leadership, Isabel integrates risk management with commercial priorities, strengthens governance frameworks, and drives collaboration across functions to support resilience and growth in the aviation sector. Her work has been recognised in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist for her role in steering legal strategy through complexity and change.
She holds a law degree from the Freie Universität Berlin, completed parts of her legal training with international experience in Buenos Aires and Madrid, and nurtures a leadership approach grounded in clarity, partnership and continuous learning.
