Amy Cronin is a senior legal leader at Skyscanner, where she advises on complex corporate, commercial, regulatory and strategic issues across the travel technology ecosystem. She also leads the legal operations function, with a focus on enabling scale, efficiency and innovation within the legal team. Amy works closely with business leadership on growth initiatives, platform expansion, partnerships, and emerging regulatory regimes, including online safety and digital platform regulation.
Prior to joining Skyscanner, Amy was in-house counsel at Wyndham Vacation Rentals, part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (NYSE), where she supported a global hospitality and travel business. Before moving in-house, she worked as a corporate lawyer at DLA Piper. She brings a practical, commercially focused perspective shaped by experience across private practice, global enterprise, and high-growth technology environments.
